The Real Deal reports Citadel founder Ken Griffin closed a purchase of Moishe Mana's roughly 30-acre Mana Wynwood complex valued at $1B-plus, tied to the new Carnegie Mellon Miami campus. Carnegie Mellon announces 35-acre CMU Miami campus in Wynwood backed by Griffin gift
